Every repair completed by our technicians carries an unconditional 90-day service labor warranty from the date shown on your digital receipt or service ticket. If the exact same issue re-occurs within 90 days, our technician will return to your premises and re-repair the appliance at zero labor cost.
2. Up to 180-Day Spare Parts Warranty
All major functional replacement components supplied by our workshop—including water inlet valves, drain pumps, capacitors, defrost timers, fan motors, PCB driver boards, and RO booster pumps—carry a replacement warranty ranging from 90 to 180 calendar days.

3. What is Excluded From Warranty Coverage?
To maintain fair pricing, the following situations fall outside our warranty protection:
- External Physical or Rodent Damage: Chewed internal wiring by rats, physical cabinet dents, broken glass panels, or flood damage.
- Severe Electrical Voltage Surges: High-voltage lightning strikes or electrical phase fluctuations exceeding 280V without standard home MCB protection.
- Tampering by Third-Party Technicians: Unauthorized disassembly or alteration of repaired parts by non-authorized individuals after our service.
- Water Supply Quality: Extreme borewell scaling or silt accumulation where pre-filtration was explicitly advised by our technician.
